Cancellation Policy (Subscriptions)

Overview

You may cancel your Gallavance™ subscription at any time.
There are no cancellation fees.

Cancellation stops future renewals and charges but does not affect orders that have already been processed or shipped.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription using any of the following methods:

Cancellation Timing

  • To avoid being charged, you must cancel before your next scheduled renewal date

  • If you cancel after a renewal charge has processed, that order will still be fulfilled and shipped

  • Cancellation takes effect immediately for all future renewals

Confirmation

Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at support@medisynlabs.com so we can verify your request.

Pausing Instead of Cancelling

Need a break but don’t want to cancel?

You may pause your subscription for up to 3 months through your account dashboard. Pausing temporarily stops shipments and charges and can be resumed at any time.

Refunds for Cancelled Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges only.

Cancellation does not automatically refund previous orders.
For refund eligibility, please review our Refund Policy.

Renewal Reminder

We send an email reminder approximately 3 days before each subscription renewal.

This reminder gives you time to modify, pause, or cancel your subscription before the next charge is processed.
